  • PQ Mental Fitness for Teams

    As a team, work through an 8 week program that provides a new, radically simple ‘operating system’ to increase resilience, reduce stress, anxiety, & overwhelm, & increase creativity, collaboration, focus, the calm clarity of laser focused action. This science based program is used at Stanford, Google, Microsoft, P&G . It builds empathy, camaraderie & shared understanding with concrete, simple tools.

  • Level #1: Tilting for Personal Agility*

    By the end of this session participants will:

    • Understand the Tilt 365 framework & the four Tilt patterns

    • Understand the overall group pattern and possible blindspots

    • Brainstorm how to adjust based on what you’ve learned

    • Know how to Tilt just 10% for more positive outcomes

      Note: Tilt ‘s goal is less drama, and more motivated, productive & innovative generative teams .

  • Tilting for Positive Influence

    By the end of this session participants will:

    • Understand the surprising source of all conflict

    • Understand what it takes to work well with other Tilts

    • Make productive use of their Positive Influence Predictor (PIP) assessment results

    • Have an tool based approach to change

      Note: Participants must have completed a TILT TTPP and PIP assessment and had a debrief session.

  • Tilt Strategies for Team Agility*

    By the end of this session participants will:

    • Understand the ingredients of a high performing team

    • Recognize the natural preferences and blind spots of the team and how to intentionally tilt as a team

    • Know to get back into flow

      Note: Generative Teams in the Tilt model are productive, creative & innovative, with less drama. ‘Agility’ is the ability to consciously choose the Tilt that best fits the context and goal.
